We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 30 calendar days of receipt. Items must be returned undamaged and with their labels still attached. Returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

To send your item back to us for a refund or exchange:

  • Fill in the returns / exchange form enclosed with your order, or download the form here.
  • Pack your items carefully, with all labels attached and all items in their original plastic bags.

Overseas returns

You can send the parcel by post or by courier. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer free postage on overseas returns so you will need to pay the charges.

Please remember to label your parcel 'Returned Unwanted GB Merchandise - Custom Value 0 GBP' to avoid import duties.

Within 5 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy

Please note: it can take up to 7 working days for your bank to complete the refund.
